Directions coming from the north or Edmond area:
Head south on Lake Hefner Parkway (US 74) and exit on NW Expressway. Make a left onto NW Expressway and continue for quarter mile until Independence Ave. Turn right and continue one block south until NW 56th. Turn right onto NW 56th and office is in the second bulding on the left (Northwest Medical Center).
Directions coming from the south (I-40 and I-44 interchange):
Continue north on I-44 until it turns into Lake Hefner Parkway ( US 74). Exit right onto NW Expressway. You will see Baptist Integris Hosptial on your right hand side. Turn right at the next stoplight (Independence) and continue for one block until NW 56th. Turn right onto NW 56th and office is in the second building on the left. Additional parking is available in the rear.
Dianne was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and moved to Oklahoma City in 1980. She graduated from Nursing School in 1976 from The University of Tulsa and most of her career has involved working in critical care including MediFlight of OK. Dianne started at Passport Health Oklahoma in 2007 when the clinic doors first opened and has provided immunizations and counseling to people traveling from Angola to Tajikistan, Suriname to Laos and nearly everyplace in between!. “I love it when patients tell me the shots I give them are the least painful they’ve ever had. I’m going to do everything possible to make you feel relaxed and comfortable, I promise your visit will be a good experience.” Dianne has 2 wonderful children and 3 even greater grandchildren and has been married for 36 years. In her spare time Dianne spends as much time with her grandchildren as possible and also likes to go antiquing which involves collecting old books.
