From the 51:
Exit the 51 at Thomas Road and head West. Make a left hand turn at 3rd Street. Passport Health will be to your left at the intersection of 3rd and Virginia.
From Downtown Phoenix:
Take Central Avenue north to McDowell Road, make a left at McdDowell then another left at 3rd Street. Passport Health is just past Virgina Avenue on your right.
Get off the lightrail at the Central Avenue and Encanto Boulevard stop. Proceed north on Central to Virginia Avenue. Turn right and continue down Virginia to 3rd Street. Passport Health is on the northeast corner of the intersection.
