Landmarks - Our clinic is centrally located near Edwards Stadium and Alta Bates Medical Center.

From Edwards Stadium - Head south on Fulton and make a left onto Channing Way. Turn left again at Ellsworth Street. The clinic will be on your left.

Arriving via I-80 - Exit onto Fremont Street and take Fremont to Market. Turn left on Market and proceed to 3rd Street where you will turn right. The clinic is on the left past Maiden Lane.

Arriving via Public Transit - Take the green, red or yellow lines to Montgomery Station. Walk back on Market Street to Kearny and head north. The clinic will be on your left past Maiden Lane.

Cross Streets - Crane Street and Oak Grove Avenue

Heading southeast on El Camino Real - Turn right onto Valparaiso Ave, then turn left onto Crane St.

Heading northwest on El Camino Real - Turn left after Relax The Back (on the right) onto Oak Grove Ave, then turn right onto Crane St.

From Spring Valley Golf Course - Take Calaveras Boulevard to Hillview Drive and turn left. Take the first left on Hillview, The Passport Health clinic will be on your right.

From Warm Springs - Follow Milpitas Boulevard south to Calaveras Boulevard. Make a left onto Calaveras and proceed to Hillview and make a right. Make the first left on Hillview, our clinic will be on your right.

Landmarks - Located in the 8-story building next to the Black Bear Diner. The building has "333" painted in large white numbers on the front. Parking is available in the front and back of the building.

Traveling on I-680 south - Clients will want to take exit 29 at Stoneridge Dr. in Pleasanton. Turn left onto Stoneridge Dr. After about a mile, turn right on Hopyard Rd. Then in 0.7 miles, use the 2nd from the left lane to turn left onto W Las Positas Blvd. Take the very first right into the parking lot for our building at 5976 W Las Positas Blvd. We are located upstairs and to the right in Suite 224.

Traveling on I-580 west - Clients will want to take exit 46 at Hacienda Dr toward Dublin Blvd. Turn left on Hacienda Dr. After about 1.5 miles, turn right onto W Las Positas Blvd. After about a half mile, turn left onto Coronado Ln into the parking lot for our building at 5976 W Las Positas Blvd. We are located upstairs and to the right in Suite 224.

Traveling on I-580 east - Clients will want to take exit 45 toward Dougherty Rd. Turn right onto Hopyard Rd. Then in about 1.5 miles, use the 2nd from the left lane to turn left onto W Las Positas Blvd. Take the very first right into the parking lot for our building at 5976 W Las Positas Blvd. We are located upstairs and to the right in Suite 224.

Directions - To reach the clinic, continue onto Octavia Blvd 0.3 mi then use any lane to turn left onto Fell St. Turn right onto Masonic Ave then turn left onto Anza St. Finally, turn right onto Spruce St and then right again onto Geary. Our Geary office has an intercom system that allows clients to call up to our office and access the nurse. The nurse then can buzz the client in.

From San Jose State - Take either 9th or 11th Street north to Sanata Clara Street. make a right and proceed down Santa Clara to 14th Street and make a left. The Passport Health clinic will be on your left.

From Independence High School - Follow Mabury Road west, continue on the same road as it turns into Taylor Street. Make a left at 17th Street and continue south to St. John Street. Make a left at 14th Street, our clinic will be on your right.

From Bridgepointe Shopping Center - Take the 92 west exiting at El Camino Real, headed south. Meake a right at W 20th Avenue and another at O'Farrell Street. Passport Health will be on your right.

From College of San Mateo - Take Hillsdale Boulevard east and get onto CA-92. Exit the 92 at Alameda de las Pulgas, making a right. Turn left at W 20th Avenue. Continue on 20th past the San Mateo City Hall and make a left at O'Farrell Street. Passport Health will be on your right.

From the South - Take 101 North Exit at Smith Ranch/Lucas Valley, Turn Right on to Smith Ranch. At the first stoplight turn right onto Redwood. Stay on Redwood till you get to the first stoplight then turn left on to Mitchell. Our office will be on your right which is the south side of the street across from West American Bank. We are located in the Margarita Plaza.

From the North - Take 101 South Exit at Smith Ranch/Lucas Valley, Turn Left on to Smith Ranch and go under the freeway. At the second stoplight on Smith Ranch turn right onto Redwood. Stay on Redwood till you get to the first stoplight then turn left on to Mitchell. Our office will be on your right which is the south side of the street across from West American Bank. We are located in the Margarita Plaza.

Coming From North (Peninsula) - Take 101 South to 85 South. Take Exit 20 for Fremont Avenue. Destination will be on the right.

Coming From North (East Bay) - Take 880 South to 237 West to 85 South. Take Exit 20 for Fremont Avenue. Destination will be on the right.

Coming From South - Take 101 North to 85 North- Take Exit for Fremon Avenue, destination will be on the right.

Parking - The Office is Suite W and it is in the Wrightmont Office/Dental Complex. There is a board in the center of the complex that clearly shows the location of all the offices and there is usually parking right out front.

From the North (via Interstate 680) - Take the 680 south, toward Benicia. Cross the Benicia-Martinez Bridge and continue through Pleasant Hill to Exit 48 toward Main St. Join Main St. going south. Take a left at Treat Blvd. and continue for 1.3 miles. At Bancroft Rd., turn right and go south until Ygnacio Valley Blvd. Turn left at Ygnacio valley Blvd. and continue to Lemon Ln. Turn left onto Lemon Ln and then take the next right onto Shadelands Dr. Follow Shadelands Dr. past n. Wiget Ln, then take the next right. The clinic will be on the right, in the second building back from Shadelands Dr.

From the South (via Interstate 680) - Take the 680 heading north into the Walnut Creek area. Take exit 46B all the way to Ygnacio Valley Rd. Follow that for 2.7 miles, to Lemon Ln. Turn left there, then take the next right onto Shadelands Dr. Follow Shadelands Dr. past N Wiget Ln, then take the next right. The clinic will be on the right, in the second building back from Shadelands Dr.
