REVIEWS 5/5 stars “Great Vaccination Experience” “Eileen was very welcoming and made my experience overall pleasant. Getting vaccinations is never fun, but Eileen made sure that everything was clearly explained before proceeding. She made me feel comfortable and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone!” Submitted by: Samantha 5/5 stars “Efficient Experience” “Nurse was very efficient.” Submitted by: Gloria 5/5 stars “Very timely and informative” “The appointment was exactly on time and the prework (advanced intake form completion) helped to make visit more efficient. The clinician was very knowledgeable and able to explain all the concepts and clear up any questions I had. The take home material was excellent and good reference for after my visit.” Submitted by: David 5/5 stars “Best medical visit experience I’ve ever had.” “The staff there was so unbelievably kind. Beautiful office with warm/ welcoming ambiance. Affordable prices. My daughters and I were impressed with how informative/knowledgeable they were and attentive to our needs. It literally was as painless and easy as can be!! Seriously I actually felt nothing and that’s saying something, I hate needles and the doctor shocked me when I went to squirm but it was all over.” Submitted by: Rachel MEET YOUR VERNON HILLS TEAM Eileen Edwards, RN Eileen began working for Passport Health in the fall of 2007.
