The area is bounded on the north and west by the Chicago River, on the east by Lake Michigan, and on the south by Roosevelt Rd. Passport Health is located on Michigan Ave. between Washington and Madison St. across from Millenium Park. Transportation to our office via the CTA is convenient with close by transit stops serviced by the elevated railway. Metra’s suburban commuter rail system is also an option. If you are driving to our office, convenient parking is available at Millenium Parking Garage. We are located on the 10th floor at 30 N. Michigan Ave. and Walgreens is located at the ground level of the building. Once you enter, you will need to show identification at the security desk. MEET YOUR CHICAGO TEAM Juli Theo, RN Juli joined the Passport Health Chicago team in 2009 where she started working at Corporate Flu Clinics and subsequently, 2 years later, as a Travel Health Specialist. Her nursing background includes working in the Intensive Care Units at University of Chicago Hospital and Northwestern Memorial Hospital as well as working in the Quality Medical Review Department at a major insurance company. Juli is dedicated to helping and advising travel clients prepare for healthy and safe international trips. Along with that, she appreciates the added bonus of getting amazing travel ideas from them. Anna Soltes, RN Anna has been a travel health specialist with Passport Health for 15 years. She completed her nursing education at the University of Illinois and Clinical Trials Management for drugs and devices at the University of Chicago. Anna lives in the city with her husband, a surgeon, and has two children, a son who is a professor at Harvard Business School and a daughter in Global Rewards at BlackRock. In her spare time, Anna likes to cook, read,and travel. Some of her favorite places being Bhutan, Iceland, and Rwanda. Sheila Stranc, RN After 30+ years of a nursing career in the hospital working in medical units and the neonatology dept, Sheila joined Passport Health in 2009. She works at our 30 N. Michigan Ave. and Andersonville locations. Along the way, she had some other part-time jobs in home health and as the TB nurse at a community health center. However, working for Passport Health has proven to be a great move. She thoroughly enjoys meeting her clients and learning about them as well as preparing them for their adventures. In her spare time she competes with a Masters Swim Team and coaches young swimmers with Northside Aquatics Club. Carolyn Lee, RN Carolyn joined Passport Health in 2016. In addition to working for Passport Health, Carolyn is an Oncology/Stem Cell Transplant Nurse at the University of Chicago Medical Center. In her spare time Carolyn enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys traveling in her spare time. However, she is not always able to get away as often as she would like to, therefore, travels vicariously through the clients at Passport Health. Erica Sartin, RN Bio Coming Soon Madeline Kolquist, RN Bio Coming Soon Kaleya Phillips, Admin Assistant Kaleya has been employed since 2012 at Passport Health. Prior to her time at here, she worked as a personal assistant for the Department of Human Services and Rehabilitation for 6 years. In her spare time you’ll find her writing articles as a freelance writer for Textbroker International, creating and posting content for her blog, and reading a good book while sipping tea.
