These assessments are part of a complete exam that also includes a full physical, communicable disease lab work (TB, syphilis, and gonorrhea for ages 15+), and a vaccination review. Vaccines including MMR, hepatitis A, meningococcal, and more are all stocked on-site.
Be sure to bring the follow for your immigration medical examination:
- Vaccination records (from any country)
- Prior TB treatment records or chest X-rays, if applicable
- Government-issued photo ID
- Completed Part 1 of Form I-693
Your completed I-693 is provided in a sealed envelope for Form I-485 submission and an unsealed copy for your personal records. All fees are due at time of service; cash and major credit cards accepted.
Your sealed I-693 is typically ready within 10 to 14 days of your first visit. You’ll receive a sealed envelope for USCIS submission and an unsealed personal copy. Payment is due at each point of service; cash and major credit cards accepted.
