What type of COVID-19 testing do you offer?
We currently offer a molecular test, also known as a RT-PCR test. Samples are collected from the nasal passage using a swab, which resembles a long Q-Tip.
Our lab relies on the Thermo-Fisher TaqPath RT-PCR assay, which detects three different genes in the SARS CoV2 viral genome.
When are results available?
Test results are generally available within 48-72 hours, but times may vary depending on the lab’s test load.
Do you offer onsite testing for employees?
Yes. We can customize onsite testing plans or build hybrid solutions to ensure everyone on your team is safe, healthy and ready to work. Call us at to speak with an employer solutions expert.
Do you bill insurance?
No, we do not bill insurance. But you may be able to submit a receipt for reimbursement.
I have symptoms of COVID-19, how soon can I get in for testing?
Unfortunately, we do not offer COVID-19 testing to clients showing symptoms. Please contact your primary care provider or local public health agency.
I need a COVID-19 test before I can travel abroad. Is this test approved for that requirement?
Yes. Many airlines, U.S. states or countries that require Fit-To-Fly or Fit-To-Travel health form certifications mandate negative RT-PCR test results. This test is considered the most robust and accurate among those available today.
