Passport Health of Los Angeles is offering COVID-19 testing. Available by appointment only to asymptomatic individuals with no exposure to known COVID-19 positive people. Our testing service offers convenience and quick results in a safe environment for clients not exhibiting symptoms.

What type of COVID-19 testing do you offer?
We currently offer a molecular test, also known as a RT-PCR test. Samples are collected from the nasal passage using a swab, which resembles a long Q-Tip.
Testing is performed using QuantiVirus SARS-CoV-2 Multiplex Test Kit (RT-PCR/NAAT) and is based on Real-Time PCR technology, developed for specific detection of SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) viral RNA. It has been authorized by the FDA under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA).
When are results available?
Test results are usually available within 36 hours can take up to 48 hours.
Do you offer onsite testing for employees?

No, we do not bill insurance. But you may be able to submit a receipt for reimbursement.
I have symptoms of COVID-19, how soon can I get in for testing?
Unfortunately, we do not offer COVID-19 testing to clients showing symptoms. Please contact your primary care provider or local public health agency.
I need a COVID-19 test before I can travel abroad. Is this test approved for that requirement?
Yes. Many airlines, U.S. states or countries that require Fit-To-Fly or Fit-To-Travel health form certifications mandate negative RT-PCR test results. This test is considered the most robust and accurate among those available today.
