We Can Help!
Our staff has experience conducting physicals to meet the requirements requested by Foreign Governments, various organizations, and tour operators. Whether you are going on a cruise or working in an international location, a physical may be required for your travel. Our clinic is able to conduct physical examinations, vaccinations, lab work, and testing for communicable diseases as well as facilities for dental and x-ray services in the same building. We’re happy to assist you in working through the often confusing world of medical requirements prior to travel or visa application.
Visa Required – Physical Examination Record for Foreigner
China and many other countries require a physical before granting certain visas. It is important to determine if a physical or health check will be required before you travel and to provide enough time to accomplish this to avoid any travel or visa application delays.
The Following May be Required and are Available:
- EKG
- Chest X-ray
- Vision Test
- Labs (including HIV, Syphilis, Proof of Vaccination Titers)
- Vaccinations for Travel
Experienced Staff:
Each physical exam is performed by a Passport Health Clinician with experience in the field of Travel Medicine. Care is taken to fulfill each requirement listed on the appropriate forms. Forms should be provided to PPH before your scheduled appointment to ensure the medical staff will be able to accommodate your specific requirements.
