Need meningitis vaccine? Passport Health has meningococcal vaccine available at all 6 offices, including our Larimer County location in Fort Collins. Menomune (ages 56 and up) and Menactra (ages 2-55) vaccines are available to protect against bacterial meningitis. This vaccine is recommended for teenagers, athletes, and college students.
