Passport Health Mt. Vernon Travel clinic is conveniently located across from Mt. Vernon City Hall. Public parking is available at the curb (metered) or in a multistory parking garage (hourly). Please enter via Gramatan Avenue doorway.

From New York State Throughway – Continue south from the last toll station to Hall Place in Yonkers. Exit at Hall Place and make a left turn over the bridge at the end of the exit ramp. Exit onto Central Park Avenue, North bound. Continue on Central Avenue to the end of the Yonkers Raceway property which is Yonkers Avenue. Make a right turn onto Yonkers Avenue. Yonkers Avenue will cross the Bronx River and go under the railroad tracks. At that point, Yonkers Avenue becomes Mount Vernon Avenue. Continue on Mount Vernon Avenue. At West Lincoln avenue, Mount Vernon Avenue becomes Stevens Avenue. Continue on Stevens Avenue for four blocks. You will see City Hall on your left, a parking garage entrance is on your right. The Passport Health office is located in the building east of City Hall.
From Deegan Expressway – Coming North. You will exit onto Central Avenue after passing the Hall Place Bridge. Follow the above directions after getting onto Central Park Avenue.
From Bronx River Parkway South – You will exit at Oak Street in Mount Vernon. At the end of the exit, make a right turn onto Oak Street. Oak Street ends at West Lincoln Avenue. Make a right turn onto West Lincoln Avenue and go to the next traffic light. At the next traffic light make a left turn onto Stevens Avenue. Go four blocks on Stevens Avenue and you will see City Hall on your left and a parking garage entrance is on your right. The Passport Health office is located in the building east of City Hall.
From Bronx River Parkway North – You will exit at Oak Street in Mount Vernon. At the end of the exit, make a right turn onto Oak Street. Oak Street ends at West Lincoln Avenue. Make a right turn onto West Lincoln Avenue and go to the next traffic light. At the next traffic light make a left turn onto Stevens Avenue. Go four blocks on Stevens Avenue and you will see City Hall on your left and a parking garage entrance is on your right. The Passport Health office is located in the building east of City Hall.
From Hutchinson River Parkway South – At Mount Vernon the Hutchinson River Parkway splits. One side is the Cross County Parkway, the other side is the continuation of the Hutch. Stay on the Hutch. After passing that point on the parkway the next exit #12 says East Lincoln Avenue. Get off there and make a left turn onto East Lincoln Avenue. Go approximately 2 miles to Gramatan Avenue. You will know you’re at Gramatan Avenue because there is a park, Hartley Park, on your left. The west end of the park borders on Gramatan Avenue. Make a left turn onto Gramatan Avenue and go down three additional traffic lights to Prospect Street and make a right turn. The building on your left is the building where the Passport Health office is located. If you find street-meter parking available, use that. To park in the public parking garage, proceed along Prospect Street and at the end of the first block you are looking at City Hall in front of you. Make a left turn onto Roosevelt Suare E (N 5th Ave), in one block turn right on Stevens Ave. The parking garage entrance is 200′ on the left, across from the City Hall building. The Passport Health office is located in the building east of City Hall.
From Hutchinson River Parkway North – You can get on the Hutch from either the Whitestone Bridge or the Throgs Neck Bridge. Go north on the Hutch till exit 12. Get off and make a left turn onto East Lincoln Avenue. Go to Gramatan Avenue. Make a left on Gramatan Avenue (follow above). After crossing Throgs Neck Bridge you can get onto the Cross Bronx Expressway. Go approximately two miles on the Cross Bronx to Rosedale Avenue exit. Get off at Rosedale. Crossover the intersection and about 100 feet after the gas station is an entrance ramp to the Bronx River Parkway North. Go to the Oak Street exit in Mount Vernon.

From Greenwich, CT – Take I-95S to I-287W to Westchester Avenue. Take exit 8 from I-287W and continue on Westchester Avenue.
From Northern New Jersey – Take the Palisades Parkway North to the exit for the Tappan Zee Bridge (Route 87/287). Follow the Exit 8, Cross Westchester Expressway (Route 287). East to Exit 8 onto Westchester Avenue. Take a left at the Paulding St stop light to drive “under” the mall structure. Take the first right at Hiram St (there is a multi-story parking garage being renovated on this corning). From Midtown Manhattan – Take the FDR Drive to Major Deegan Expressway, which joins the New York State Thruway (Interstate 87). Exit at Cross Westchester Expressway (Route 287) to Exit 8 onto Westchester Avenue. Take a left at the Paulding St stop light to drive “under” the mall structure.
