Do I Need a Visa for Hong Kong?
A passport is required to enter Hong Kong. A tourist visa is not needed for stays under 90 days. If you do plan to visit mainland China, a visa will be required.
Visitors must depart Hong Kong before the expiry of their limit of stay. If there is a special/urgent need to stay longer, visitors may make an extension of stay application within 7 days before their limit of stay expires. Applications will be considered on its own merits.
Proof of return or onward travel may be required for your visa. It may also be required when entering the country.

What Do I Need for a Hong Kong Visa Application?
Depending on what visa you’re applying for, the documents you need may be different. A business visa can require different documents than a travel visa.
The government of Hong Kong may change this process at any time and may request additional materials during the visa process, so make sure you are always prepared and up-to-date.
Keep a copy of your return tickets, travel itinerary, and your passport to present if necessary. Be sure you have an empty page in your passport for an entry stamp.

Travelers to Hong Kong must submit a completed application along with the following to obtain a visa:
Passport:
- Valid Passport
Photograph:
- A recent passport size digital photo
- No larger than 55mm x 45mm and no smaller than 50mm x 40mm
Proof of Travel:
- Confirmation of hotel reservations
- Confirmation of exit and entry travel tickets (Flight Information)
- Travel Itinerary
Other Information:
- Monthly Income
Minor Form (if traveling with a minor):
- Completed Declaration of Applicant/Parent/Guardian Form
Travelers visiting for business must have a visa. The following items must be submitted along with a completed application.

How Much Do Visas to Hong Kong Cost?
A U.S. visa for Hong Kong range from $25 to over $100. The government of Hong Kong sets visa fees and can change them at any time.
The money paid for the visa fee does not include service fees levied by the government of Hong Kong, cost of postage, processing etc.
Are Any Vaccines Required for Hong Kong?
Hong Kong does not currently require vaccination for entry. But, some immunizations are recommended.
Hepatitis A, typhoid and Japanese encephalitis vaccinations are commonly recommended for travelers to Hong Kong. Rabies and routine vaccinations may be recommended based on your itinerary and immunization history.
