The full exam includes physical examination, communicable disease lab work, mental and physical health screening, substance use assessment, and vaccination review. Required vaccines including MMR, Tdap, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, and others are all available on-site. Sealed I-693 typically ready within 10 to 14 days.
Passport Health recommends doing the following for your appointment:
- Complete your medical history forms online.
- Bring any vaccination records with you to the appointment.
- Be sure to have photo identification such as a passport or driver’s license with you for your visit.
Your sealed I-693 is typically ready within 10 to 14 days of your first visit. You’ll receive a sealed envelope for USCIS submission and an unsealed personal copy. Payment is due at each point of service; cash and major credit cards accepted.
