If you need the yellow fever vaccine, please schedule your appointment at our Farmington Hills, MI location only.
Passport Health Michigan does not bill insurance but we will provide you with the needed documentation to submit to your insurance company. Please note that most medical insurance carriers do not cover travel medicine services.
The Farmington Hills office has always been our busiest and is run by our administrative assistants.

We have two and sometimes three Travel Medicine Specialists in this office:

Danielle earned three bachelor degrees in nursing, biology, and clinical laboratory science from Oakland University. Originally an emergency room nurse, she joined Passport Health where she now provides clients with destination specific travel health services. These services include travel consultations, travel vaccinations, malaria and diarrhea protections, and travel supplies. She looks forward to keeping travelers healthy during their travels.

Kristin is new to Passport Health but not new to travel medicine. She worked many years for a major corporation providing travel advice as well as vaccinations. She lived seven years in Brazil and Germany and has traveled to six continents and over thirty five countries. She knows the importance of being properly protected with vaccinations as well as the necessary precautions needed to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip. She looks forward to meeting new people and assisting them with their travel needs.

Raelynn works in both Farmington Hills and Ann Arbor. See her bio on our Ann Arbor page.
