Our Ann Arbor office is located on Hogback Rd. just north of Washtenaw Rd. As many will know Carpenter Rd. turns into Hogback as it goes north of Washtenaw. Our office is located in a modern and upscale office complex set back from the road on Hogback. It is best to enter the building from the left hand side and take the stairs going down to the lower level.
Our office is run by three very qualified nurses, all of which are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Passport Health Michigan does not bill insurance but we will provide you with the needed documentation to submit to your insurance company. Please note that most medical insurance carriers do not cover travel medicine services.
Raelynn Kovath has been with Passport Health since 2015. She is a registered nurse and graduated from Oakland University in 1997. She has a BSN in nursing and her past experience included working in Labor and Delivery, Mother/Baby and Home Health Care. She has been married for 23 years and is raising three wonderful boys. She specializes in customer service and will provide you with you special international travel care needs.
Vikki graduated from the University of Michigan in 1991 and earned her RN/BSN. Vikki worked at Detroit Children’s Hospital as a pediatric nurse and then went on to Mott Children’s in Ann Arbor. She has a passion for educating people on healthy living and lifestyle habits. She also started her own health coaching practice called My Wellness Nurse. She joined Passport Health in 2012 and continues to educate her clients on good health and safety while traveling. She lives in Ann Arbor with her husband and 2 daughters.
Jennifer Turner, R.N is a registered nurse with 18+ years specializing in emergency medicine. She is from the Howell area and is currently serving as a trauma nurse in the United States Navy. She enjoys educating clients about their travel needs and questions.
