Easy immigration physicals
When applying for a visa, green card, US citizenship, or change of status, an immigration medical exam is required. This includes a physical exam, lab work, testing for certain communicable diseases, and current vaccination status. The exam must be done by an authorized Civil Surgeon to qualify the applicant admissible to the United States.
Passport health allows applicants to complete all of the I- 693 requirements in one location. Our medical director is a USCIS designated civil surgeon, and all lab testing and vaccinations can be done on site at any of our six convenient locations.
Our goal is to simplify the immigration process by offering all services together – Eliminating the hassle of multiple office appointments and reducing turnaround time.
