The University of Rochester School of Nursing’s Passport Health office in Canandaigua has moved to accross the street.
Appointments will now be seen at the Canandaigua Medical Group building across from FF Thompson Hospital. Please use the main entrance and follow the signs to the University of Rochester Speciality Services office to the right.
