Our free online scheduling tool includes a customized URL that directs to a co-branded portal. Here, employees may select the location, time, and type of service they want with just a few clicks of a mouse. Our online scheduling system will then send a confirmation email with the necessary consent forms, as well as a link to add the event to an online calendar.
An employee needs to cancel? No problem! Employees who can’t make their scheduled time can easily cancel their onsite appointment. If someone is unable to make it the onsite visit, we also have the option to print vouchers that can be used at any one of over 15,000 partner locations.
