Tracey McLoone, MD
Medical Director, Owner
A board certified Family Medicine physician with a special interest in travel medicine, Tracey was born and raised in the Quad Cities. A 1982 graduate of Orion High School, she earned a BA in Biology from Augustana College in Rock Island, IL and graduated Phi Beta Kappa, Summa Cum Laude in 1986. In 1990, she graduated from Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago IL and went on to serve as a General Medical Officer in the US Air Force.
Upon her return to civilian life, she completed her Family Practice Residency at Genesis Medical Center in Davenport, IA. She is a member of the Academy of Family Medicine and the International Society of Travel Medicine.
Paul Cross, RN
Sales and Marketing Manager
Paul is a Registered Nurse with a background that includes, Trauma, Emergency, Open Heart, Surgical ICU, Home Health & Hospice. Over the past fourteen years he has specialized in pharmaceutical, medical and clinical information system sale. He has worked for hospitals from 20 to 325 beds, Eli Lilly & Co. and G.E. Healthcare. His marketing experience comes from the world of advertising and he has managed his own small Healthcare IT Consulting business and retail sales team.
Paul is a graduate of Luther College, Decorah, IA with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. He also attended the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, MN for nurses training.
Paul first travelled internationally when he was 11 years old. Flying unaccompanied to the Out Islands of the Bahamas where he lived aboard a 30 foot sailboat for a summer. He has a special place in his heart for the people and cuisine of Vietnam. His interests include his two sons, pets, cooking, entertaining, reading, domestic & international travel, travel planning, music and fitness. Live-aboard boating and anywhere with water are two of his great passions. Passport Health gives him the opportunity to help people travel with confidence and enjoy their time wherever their feet may land.
Cindy comes to Passport Health with 15 plus years of elder care experience, along with several years of Office Management. Cindy appreciates the extra steps to give spectacular customer service. Cindy enjoys music, movies, and coaching her daughter Courtney’s softball team.
Kathy Kipp, RN
Travel Medicine Specialist
Kathy graduated in 1976 from Moline Public Hospital School of Nursing. After 35 years of hospital nursing she decided to move to travel consulting. She enjoys being outside, music and reading.
Georgia Katko, RN
Travel Medicine Specialist
Georgia is a Quad City native who graduated from EICCD in 2009 with her RN degree. She comes to Passport Health with urgent care experience along with knowledge of family practice.
When not at work Georgia enjoys spending time with her children and their activities.
