Eileen Kilbane Gordon, RN, MSN,CNP
Executive Director
Eileen obtained her BS from John Carroll University and shortly afterwards obtained a BSN from Boston University. She holds a Master in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University where she also completed the primary care nurse practitioner program.
Nationally certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and registered as an RN and a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in the state of Ohio for over 25 years, Eileen has practiced in a variety of settings including the Cleveland Health Department, University Premier Pediatrics, and she worked to develop a pediatric department at Progressive Corp.’s Health Services where she provided primary health care and wellness programs for 11 years.

Gail Mangan, RN, MSN, CNP Executive Director
Gail earned her undergraduate nursing degree from University of Akron and her Masters degree in nursing from Case Western Reserve University. Credentialed by the State of Ohio as an RN and is dual-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an Adult Nurse Practitioner.
With 23 years experience as a nurse, Gail has held positions as an RN at MetroHealth Medical Center in the Trauma/Critical Care and Medical/Surgical Departments and she also served as a primary care, Adult Nurse Practitioner at Progressive Corp.’s Health Services and Wellness Departments for 13 years.

Katy Zarobila, RN, BSN
Travel Medicine Specialist
Katy comes to Passport Health Northern Ohio with over 25 years of varied nursing experience. She has worked with both in-patients and outpatients at Cleveland Clinic and Hillcrest Hospital, primarily adults. She has also worked with pediatric and adult clients in the home care setting. She obtained her Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Lakeland Community College and her Bachelor of Science Degree from Cleveland State University. What she likes most about nursing is connecting with people through educating them.

Cheryl Smith, RN, MSN, FNP-BC
Travel Medicine Specialist
Cheryl is a Registered Nurse and has been a Family Nurse Practitioner since 1984. She earned her master’s degree in nursing from The University of Rhode Island. Special interests include primary care for families which she practices when not in her Travel Nurse Consultant role at Passport Health Northern Ohio. Cheryl is a world traveler, and enjoys helping travelers plan trips with their safety and health in mind.

Margaret “Margo” Dell, RN, MSN
Travel Medicine Specialist
Margo comes to Passport Health Northern Ohio with over 20 years of experience in primary and intensive pediatric health care. Margo obtained her Associate’s Degree in nursing from Lakeland Community College, her Master of Science in nursing from the University of Akron, and most recently, a degree as a Legal Nurse Consultant/ Paralegal from Kaplan College in Boca Raton, FL. Margo is a very personable travel nurse consultant and is committed to providing excellent care for her patients. In her spare time, Margo enjoys traveling.
Chris Castelletti
Administrative Assistant
Chris is a Registered Medical Assistant with many years of experience caring for children in a pediatric setting. Here at Passport Health, she practices in another avenue of the medical field that she enjoys. Through helping clients arrange their travel consultation appointments, Chris has found a whole new level of information about world geography, and the prevention of diseases specific to each country. In her spare time, Chris loves spending time with her husband and daughter, music, reading, cooking, and boating.

Marketing Intern
Nicole provides marketing and communication support for Passport Health Northern Ohio. She is completing her undergraduate studies in strategic communication at Miami University of Ohio. Nicole is an avid collegiate rower and coaches adult rowing teams.

Debbie Comella
Administrative Assistant
Debbie provides part-time administrative assistance for Passport Health Northern Ohio. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree from Ohio University, Debbie earned her Master’s degree in Education from Cleveland State University. Most recently, she returned to CSU working as a Student Service Specialist, assisting students with registration and financial aid. Debbie enjoys movies, travel, and spending time with family, including her new son.
