Since June 2007, Passport Health Northern Ohio has proudly served the Northeast Ohio region. Established by two nurse practitioners, Passport Health Northern Ohio has quickly grown to a staff of ten employees.
Conveniently located at 21825 Chagrin Blvd., Suite 345, Beachwood, Ohio, Passport Health Northern Ohio covers 14 counties in Ohio, including Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, Summit, Medina, and Lorain.
Working to accommodate the patients of the nationally renowned hospitals in Cleveland, Passport Health Northern Ohio has established many connections with the local medical community. Additionally, Passport Health Northern Ohio has catered to many area businesses—from national corporations to small, local enterprises—helping to vaccinate employees for travel, and at on-site flu clinics.

2010-2011 Seasonal Flu Vaccine
