Tracey McLoone, MD

A board certified Family Medicine physician with a special interest in travel medicine, Tracey was born and raised in the Quad Cities. A 1982 graduate of Orion High School, she earned a BA in Biology from Augustana College in Rock Island, IL and graduated Phi Beta Kappa, Summa Cum Laude in 1986. In 1990, she graduated from Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago IL and went on to serve as a General Medical Officer in the US Air Force. Upon her return to civilian life, she completed her Family Practice Residency at Genesis Medical Center in Davenport, IA. |

| She is now a solo physician in Moline, IL and is active in the Rock Island Medical Society. She is also a member of the American Academy of Family Medicine and the International Society of Travel Medicine. Although she enjoys the challenges of a dual career and is happy to provide the only comprehensive travel clinic in the Quad Cities and surrounding area, her most important role is still “Mom” to her son and daughter |

Rebecca Resch
Regional Sales Manager
Rebecca attended Muscatine Community College and has extensive business experience. She has a long history of establishing strong customer/client relationships by providing exceptional service and responsiveness. Prior to joining Passport Health, Rebecca worked in high-level administrative positions in the fields of engineering and manufacturing. She also owned her own business and was a Sales Director with The Pampered Chef. |
| Rebecca believes in community service. She has served on the parent/physician advisory board for the University of Iowa, and has been involved in many community service committees involving children and families, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Rebecca has also been a member of The United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation since 1994, honoring her daughter who passed away from Leigh’s disease. “I’m proud to be part of an organization that offers our customers such a high quality travel medicine program. Our patients feel confident knowing that they are receiving up-to-date advice and treatment that will help to prevent travel-related infectious diseases” |
Rebecca “Becca” Tessen, RN
Travel Medicine Specialist
Becca has worked as a registered nurse since 2003 and she is comfortable providing care in the hospital, homecare, hospice and clinic settings. Becca provides comprehensive travel counseling and also helps with marketing by visiting referring doctors and places of business. She is a compassionate nurse who loves sharing in all of life’s journeys while providing excellent care. In her spare time, Becca enjoys expanding her knowledge base and spending time with her children.

Myrna Thompson, RN
Travel Medicine Specialist
Myrna has over 25 years of nursing experience. She has an extensive background in Medicine/Surgery and Oncology in the acute care setting and has several years of home care experience with the Visiting Nurses and Hospice Home Care. As a Parish Nurse she helped parishioners with health needs assessment, advocacy, health education, access to community resources and spiritual care in times of health crisis. Passport Health gives her the opportunity to combine her love of travel and meeting new people with client education and nursing skills. She enjoys meeting each new client and helping them to have a safe and healthy travel experience.
