Passport Health Mobile serves the Southern Alabama and Gulf Coast Regions. Established in 2007 by family practice physician, Edith McCreadie, Passport Health Mobile is currently directed by Colleen Kelly, RN.
 
Passport Health Mobile is located at 4859 Old Shell Rd. in Springhill at the corner of Bit & Spur.
 
In the future, Dr. McCreadie hopes to open another office to serve the Baldwin County area.
