Rebecca Appleton, M.D., M.S. Medical Director Dr. Appleton is a Board-Certified Physician.  She is a graduate of Duke University, earning a B.S. in Zoology.  Dr. Appleton earned a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology/Cardiac Rehabilitation at the University of Maryland.  She also managed the Corporate Fitness Center at the National Security Agency in Fort Meade, Maryland, while completing her degree at the University of Maryland Medical School.  She then completed a three year Residency in Family Medicine in Charleston, South Carolina.  Dr. Appleton currently practices at Carolina Family Medicine & Wellness in Mooresville, North Carolina.

Vicki Ramsey R.N., B.S.N. Travel Medicine Specialist Vicki Ramsey R.N., B.S.N. joined Carolina Passport Health in 2000 after careers in hospital and public health nursing.  She is a very personable travel nurse consultant and is committed to offering convenient, comprehensive travel medicine in Charlotte, Mooresville and the surrounding areas. Vicki loves to hear travel stories from her clients and she enjoys dancing, horseback riding and traveling.

With 28 years experience as a nurse, Connie Sterrett has held positions as an RN in a hospital setting, blood bank and urgent care before joining Passport Health in 1999.  Connie loves to travel, having visited Ethiopia, Haiti and Kenya on mission trips.  She enjoys helping travelers plan trips with their health and safety in mind and is committed to providing excellent care for her patients.
