Terry Parsons, R.N. Executive Director Terry brings 35 years of extensive nursing experience from a variety of clinical and administrative settings to Passport Health. Her clinical background has included psychiatric, maternal and child, school, camp and long term care. She has developed, implemented and supervised a quality assurance program and directed the risk management process for a regional HMO. She has gathered and analyzed data for numerous research projects staffed a disease management and medication compliance call center, conducted quality reviews and surveys at physician offices, facilities and community programs.

As the Executive Director for Baltimore and Delaware she directs all aspects of operations insuring the highest level of care for clients. She has completed Managing Clinical Trials through the University of Rochester’s School of Nursing and course work through Project Immune Readiness of the Vaccine Health Care Centers Network.

Terry resides in Carroll County with her husband, Frank. Her son Sean lives and plays in Denver, Colorado and daughter Kara in Towson, MD.

Brianne Lacey Sales and Marketing Coordinator Brianne Lacey provides sales and marketing support for Passport Health Baltimore. A graduate of Towson University, Brianne majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Spanish. Brianne is a world traveler and spent time in Spain developing her marketing skills during her college career. She was involved in charity work at Towson and continues to enjoy philanthropy work and has incorporated it into her sales career. Brianne has experience in conducting marketing research, coordinating networking event details, writing press releases and assisting with sales efforts among other things. Brianne plans to continue traveling to expand her knowledge of the world and its medical needs
