Terry Parsons, R.N.
Executive Director
Terry brings 35 years of extensive nursing experience from a variety of clinical and administrative settings to Passport Health. Her clinical background has included psychiatric, maternal and child, school, camp and long term care. She has developed, implemented and supervised a quality assurance program and directed the risk management process for a regional HMO. She has gathered and analyzed data for numerous research projects staffed a disease management and medication compliance call center, conducted quality reviews and surveys at physician offices, facilities and community programs.

As the Executive Director for Baltimore and Delaware she directs all aspects of operations insuring the highest level of care for clients. She has completed Managing Clinical Trials through the University of Rochester’s School of Nursing and course work through Project Immune Readiness of the Vaccine Health Care Centers Network.
Terry resides in Carroll County with her husband, Frank. Her son Sean lives and plays in Denver, Colorado and daughter Kara in Towson, MD.

Tammy Broghammer
Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Tammy Broghammer joined Passport Health’s team in March of 2010. She graduated from Towson University with a major in Business Administration and a concentration in International Business. In her Senior Year of College, Tammy completed an internship at Passport Health’s Corporate Headquarters in Baltimore. She understands the dynamics of Passport Health’s marketing strategies and brings significant sales and marketing experience from her previous position as Account Executive for a local Mortgage Title Company to the team.

Tammy was born and raised in Stuttgart, Germany, and has been living in the Baltimore area for 7 years. She has traveled all through Europe and enjoys trying different ethnic foods as well as trying her luck in the kitchen. Tammy plans to continue traveling and expanding her horizon while exploring new cultures. Tammy’s thirst for knowledge and creativity in the marketing arena makes her a great addition to the team.
Allegra Hamman, CRNP
Nurse Practitioner
Allegra Hamman has been a family nurse practitioner since 1985 and has worked in a variety of primary care settings. In recent years, she has practiced in university health where she gained experience in preventive travel care. Through that work, she has also developed a strong interest in overall wellness and health education. She is a licensed nutritionist and has a special interest in herbal medicine. When not seeing clients, she gives frequent presentations on a range of health and wellness topics in both university and community settings in the Baltimore area. Hamman lives with her husband and two sons in Towson, Maryland. She enjoys cooking and gardening.
